Here at Hartley Estates we are privileged to have a dedicated lettings service that can assist with the letting of your property. Through years of experience in property management we fully understand the need for careful selection of tenants so that problems can be avoided. As a result we apply strict criteria to our referencing and are able to offer a rent guarantee and legal cost protection with our fully managed lettings service.
Fully Managed
If you choose our fully managed letting service then we will be the tenants main point of contact with a member of staff available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We will inspect the property periodically throughout the tenancy along with collecting the rent and accounting to you on a monthly basis. We will prepare Tenancy Agreements on your behalf and lodge all Deposits with the Deposit Protection Service for safe keeping for the duration of the Tenancy.

If you would prefer to manage the letting yourself we are able to offer a tenant finding service so that you can be confident that the tenant in your home has undergone the strict same referencing criteria that our fully managed lets receive. Once a tenant has been found you will be the main point of contact for them and it is your responsibility that the property continues to comply with all current legislation.
